All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be made at the time of placing an order using one of our accepted payment methods. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Delivery is subject to our delivery area limitations, which may change from time to time. Additional delivery fees may apply based on your location.

4.4 Cancellations and Modifications

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified unless we expressly agree to do so. In some cases, we may be able to accommodate changes if the order has not yet entered the preparation stage. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to request a change.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for orders placed through our Services during the six (6) months immediately preceding the date of the most recent claim.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Crust Pizza Australia. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Crust Pizza Australia shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of our Services, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or us, or violates applicable law.
