All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Delivery is subject to our delivery area limitations, which may change from time to time. Additional delivery fees may apply based on your location.

4.4 Cancellations and Modifications

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified unless we expressly agree to do so. In some cases, we may be able to accommodate changes if the order has not yet entered the preparation stage. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to request a change.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for orders placed through our Services during the six (6) months immediately preceding the date of the most recent claim.
